What Makes These Tutorials Different?

We use a consistent dataset throughout these guides, generated using a Python library called faker. This approach ensures:

When I was starting out, I struggled with many online examples that were too basic—great for beginners but lacking depth for real-world scenarios. This project aims to solve that problem by focusing on actionable, enterprise-friendly examples.

About Me

Automate That is designed for professionals who want straightforward solutions to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows—without needing a PhD in data science or mathmatics. I am a network engineer, then CAPEX and OPEX IT planning, and now in data science and business intelligence. What do all of these role have in common? They tie together with data. being decent in Excel in my early career to now moderate has been a game changer (I am not an Excel expert, but dont worry). I am not one of these folks that will tell you to create a dozen VBA scripts and things - keep it simple stupid. You do not need to overengineer a report or task.

When I started down this path, it was not only to save time, it was to have repeatable outcomes day over day, week over week - while reducing human error with manually copy and pasting, creating formulas, and other repetitive tasks. At the end of the day, you won't replace Excel/Sheets, BUT what you can do is help you avoid hunting for that formula error at 9pm on a Friday night, it will be worth it. I speak from expierence.
